Senior Project Manager - Sap Mm

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily service delivery for SAP MM and Procurement processes.

Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.

Monitor incident, problem, and change management processes.

Drive continuous service improvements and operational excellence.

SAP MM & Procurement Expertise

Support and manage SAP MM modules including:

Procurement process (PR → PO → GR → Invoice)

Vendor management & master data

Inventory management

Material master & valuation

Act as functional SME for SAP MM-related issues and enhancements.

Collaborate with technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as a primary point of contact for business and client stakeholders.

Conduct regular service review meetings.

Provide status reports, insights, and recommendations.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of SAP MM/Procurement analysts.

Allocate tasks and monitor performance.

Conduct training and skill development initiatives.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Drive automation initiatives in procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and SOPs.

Transition & Project Support

Support transitions, new implementations, and rollouts.

Participate in requirement gathering and solution design.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM, etc.).
