Recruiter - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Operating as part of ZRGs Embedded Talent Acquisition team. ● The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles. ● This position requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills. ●Recruiter (12Month Contract)Location: Remote-BrazilDuration: 12 monthsFunction: Talent Acquisition DeliveryRole OverviewThe Recruiter will be responsible for delivering endtoend hiring across multiple business units within a global enterprise organisation. ● Operating within ZRGs Embedded Talent Acquisition team, this role focuses on highquality candidate generation, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process across all assigned requisitions. ●Key ResponsibilitiesManage fullcycle recruitment across professional, technical, and corporate functions. ●Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies. ●Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing, market mapping, and proactive outreach. ●Conduct screening, competencybased interviews, and candidate assessments. ●Drive process excellence: scheduling, feedback loops, candidate experience, and compliance. ●Maintain accurate data in the ATS and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress. ●Represent ZRG Embedded and the end client with professionalism, clarity, and strong communication. ●Experience Required7+ years proven experience in inhouse or RPO/embedded recruitment. ●Strong direct sourcing capability across Recruiter and other platforms. ●Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fastmoving environment. ●Skilled stakeholder manager with a consultative, solutionsfocused approach. ●Fluency in English, Portuguese & Spanish. ●Experience hiring across international markets is beneficial. ●.
