O EBANX busca um(a) Senior Project Manager / Business Developer para atuar na construção e evolução de soluções financeiras. Essa pessoa será responsável por estruturar e evoluir produtos ligados à liquidação, fluxos financeiros, requisitos regulatórios e expansão internacional, conectando diferentes áreas para viabilizar novas ofertas e melhorias contínuas. Principais responsabilidades Atuar na definição e evolução de soluções relacionadas ao fluxo financeiro pós-pagamento (liquidação, repasse e estruturação de contas). Desenvolver e implementar produtos e funcionalidades considerando aspectos regulatórios, tributários e operacionais. Colaborar com times multifuncionais (Engenharia, Regulatório, Fiscal, Comercial e Produto) para viabilizar novas ofertas e customizações para clientes. Participar da construção de novas soluções financeiras, como novos modelos de liquidação, moedas e expansão para novos países. Atuar próximo a clientes (merchants), entendendo necessidades e traduzindo em soluções escaláveis. Conectar diferentes stakeholders internos, garantindo alinhamento entre estratégia, execução e modelo de negócio. Apoiar decisões estratégicas com base em entendimento do mercado financeiro, pagamentos e tendências do setor. Requisitos essenciais Experiência relevante com produtos financeiros, pagamentos, fintechs ou mercado financeiro. Vivência na construção ou evolução de produtos/soluções com impacto direto em receita ou operação financeira. Forte capacidade de comunicação e habilidade para lidar com diferentes áreas e stakeholders. Visão de negócios aliada à capacidade de execução prática. Experiência em ambientes complexos e multifuncionais. Inglês avançado para interação constante com stakeholders globais. Perfil autônomo, analítico e orientado a resultados. Diferenciais Experiência prévia com liquidação financeira, fluxos de pagamento ou operações cross-border. Vivência em ambientes regulados ou com alta complexidade tributária. Background em áreas como finanças, negócios ou até mesmo contextos mais técnicos relacionados a pagamentos. Experiência no ecossistema de criptoativos ou novas infraestruturas financeiras. Benefícios
