We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Learning & Enablement Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and deliver world-class sales and technical sales training programmes focused on Enterprise AI and Data Centre Solutions. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of the technical sales process, enabling them to transform complex concepts into engaging, practical, and impactful learning experiences. This role will play a critical part in equipping sales and technical sales teams with the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to successfully position, articulate, and sell advanced AI and infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities
Sales Learning & Enablement Strategy
Partner with learning, product, engineering, and sales leadership teams to design and execute strategic enablement initiatives.
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning roadmap that supports business objectives and sales priorities.
Ensure training programmes remain aligned with evolving technologies, product portfolios, and industry trends. Content Development & Curriculum Design
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality sales and technical sales enablement content.
Create engaging learning experiences including instructor-led training, virtual sessions, workshops, self-paced learning, job aids, and assessments.
Translate complex technical concepts into practical and actionable learning materials suitable for diverse audiences.
Ensure all content is technically accurate, relevant, and aligned to modern sales methodologies. Subject Matter Expertise
Serve as the primary technical expert for enterprise AI and data centre technologies within enablement programmes.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on technical positioning, customer use cases, and solution value propositions.
Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Sales Enablement & Skills Development
Develop training that enables sales teams to confidently engage customers throughout the buying journey.
Incorporate real-world customer scenarios, business challenges, use cases, objection handling techniques, and competitive positioning into learning programmes.
Equip technical and non-technical sales audiences with the skills required to communicate complex solutions effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure learning programmes reflect current business priorities.
Gather feedback from field teams and stakeholders to continuously improve enablement content and programme effectiveness.
Support the launch of new products, solutions, and strategic initiatives through targeted enablement activities. Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar).
5+ years' experience in sales enablement, technical training, curriculum development, or learning programmes.
Strong expertise in Enterprise AI, Data Centre Infrastructure, and related technologies.
Proven ability to develop engaging technical and sales enablement content.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology sales cycles and customer buying journeys.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences. Preferred
Industry certifications in cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, or AI technologies.
Experience supporting global sales organisations.
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. Key Competencies

Results-Driven Mindset This is a fully remote role based in South America with the expectation to work close to EST hours. Salary is up to USD135,000 per annum DOE.
