Business Development Manager (Brazil) - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Unlike many exchanges that mainly compete on trading fees, liquidity, or short-term campaigns, Pionex has a different set of product strengths. ● Our core products, including Trading Bots, Pionex Card, and QR Payment with PIX support, give Business Development teams more unique stories to tell, more practical use cases to promote, and stronger reasons for users and partners to engage with us. ●We are now looking for a Business Development Manager in Brazil to help us grow our local KOL, affiliate, and community network. ●Role OverviewAs the Business Development Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local KOLs, affiliates, communities, and strategic partners. ●This role is ideal for someone who understands the Brazilian crypto market, has strong local connections, and enjoys turning relationships into measurable user growth and business results. ●You will work closely with the global growth team to localize Pionexs product advantages for the Brazilian market and help more users understand why Pionex is different from traditional exchanges. ●Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and crypto partners in Brazil. ●- Identify, approach, and onboard new KOLs and affiliates who can help grow Pionex in the Brazilian market. ●- Develop local partnership campaigns around Pionexs key products, including Trading Bot, Pionex Card, and QR Payment with PIX support. ●- Work with KOLs and affiliates to create effective content, campaigns, and user acquisition strategies. ●- Track partner performance, user acquisition results, conversion quality, and campaign ROI. ●- Provide local market insights, competitor updates, and user feedback to the global team. ●- Help strengthen Pionexs brand awareness and local presence in Brazil. ●- Collaborate with internal teams across growth, product, marketing, and operations to improve local execution. ●Products You Will Focus OnTrading BotPionex is widely known for its built-in trading bot products. ● This gives BD managers a strong product angle when working with traders, educators, and crypto content creators. ● Instead of promoting only another exchange account, you can promote practical trading tools that users can actually experience. ●Pionex CardPionex Card helps connect crypto assets with real-world spending scenarios. ● This creates more opportunities to work with lifestyle creators, fintech communities, and users who care about practical crypto adoption. ●QR Payment with PIX SupportWith QR Payment already supporting PIX, Pionex has a strong local use case for the Brazilian market. ● This makes it easier to communicate the value of crypto in everyday payment scenarios and creates more localized angles for BD campaigns. ●Why This Role Is ExcitingPionex gives BD teams stronger Unique Selling Points than many traditional exchanges. ●For KOL and affiliate partnerships, this matters a lot. ●When a platform has clear product differentiation, it becomes easier to start conversations, create content angles, attract users, and drive business results. ● Instead of asking partners to promote just another exchange, you will be able to introduce products with practical use cases and clear market positioning. ●This role is not only about bringing in partners. ● It is about building a local growth engine for Pionex in Brazil. ●Requirements- Strong understanding of the Brazilian crypto, fintech, or online trading market. ●- Existing network of local KOLs, affiliates, communities, or business partners is highly preferred. ●- Experience in business development, affiliate management, influencer marketing, community growth, or crypto exchange growth. ●- Ability to build trust with partners and maintain long-term relationships. ●- Strong execution ability and a performance-driven mindset. ●- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving global team. ●- Fluent in Portuguese; professional English communication ability is preferred. ●- Passion for crypto, trading, fintech, and emerging payment products. ●Nice to Have- Previous experience working at a crypto exchange, broker, fintech company, or trading platform. ●- Experience managing affiliate programs or performance-based KOL campaigns. ●- Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, YouTube, X, Instagram, and other local crypto community channels. ●- Understanding of PIX, crypto cards, payment products, and local Brazilian user behavior. ●What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is local, hands-on, relationship-driven, and ambitious. ●You should be able to understand what local users care about, know how to work with KOLs and affiliates, and translate Pionexs global product strengths into local market growth. ●If you want to help build Pionexs presence in Brazil and work on products that are genuinely different from traditional exchanges, we would love to talk. ●.
