Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Operations Support for Customer Evolution Team Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Expected start date: March 2026
Support team on Customer Engagement activities related to Customer Evolution Program initiatives Perform processes related to the commercial life cycle of our customers, from renewals to terminations Interaction with other SAP Teams such as Account Team (Sales), Order-to-Invoice, Order-to-Cash, Legal Interact with customers to support on Customer Evolution initiatives and commercial life cycle questions Use of internal systems such as CRM and ISP Prepare and present analysis related to customer specific topics, in an on-demand basis Gain knowledge about SAP strategy, products, services Team work, collaboration, commitment to learning & helping Demonstrated detail-orientation with strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage time and tasks

Studying Business Administration, IT, Economy, International Relationship or Marketing Expert of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, access) is required Communicates and presents well, both verbal & written Committed to deliver activities under his/her responsibility Asks for help, works well with the team Organized Analytical Resilient Curious Flexible Advanced English and Spanish is a plus Focused
