Role Overview: We’re hiring finance professionals who know AP, AR, accounting close, or finance systems inside-out — and want to help shape how AI understands finance workflows. In this role, you’ll use your real-world experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Concur to create realistic finance scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and improve the accuracy of next-generation AI systems.

What does day-to-day life look like? Create finance workflow prompts and real-world accounting scenarios Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and reasoning Build synthetic invoices, bills, reconciliations, and GL datasets Identify edge cases such as duplicate bills, sync failures, policy violations, and GAAP errors Help improve AI performance across finance operations and controls

We're looking for: Professionals with hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Accounting & Month-End Close Controller / Finance Management Finance Systems Administration

Requirements: 4–12 years

of finance/accounting experience Strong working knowledge of

QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or Concur Understanding of

US GAAP and finance controls Excellent written communication skills Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude CPA/CMA preferred (required for Controller-level roles)

Nice to have: Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or LLM projects ERP migrations, multi-entity or multi-currency exposure Basic Python or SQL skills
