In this role you will: Ensure data security, governance, and compliance (IAM, encryption, VPC, logging) Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for data platforms and pipelines Integrate and manage monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch Create dashboards, alerts, and SLIs/SLOs to ensure pipeline reliability and performance Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and platform teams to support analytics use cases Automate deployments, scaling, and operational tasks via CI/CD pipelines Mandatory Skills: Cloud Platforms & Services: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Storage Data Processing & Programming: Spark, PySpark, SQL Data Modeling & Architecture: Data warehousing, Data lakes, Data pipelines Additional Data Skills: Data quality frameworks (SODA, Great Expectations) Project Management & Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Jira, Confluence Languages & Tools: Python, SQL Languages: English (MUST) Desirable Skills: Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD: Terraform, Jenkins Other Cloud Platforms (Optional): AWS, Google Cloud Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, Problem-solving mindset, Collaborative attitude What can you expect from us? • Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests. • Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.
