Wanted: Senior It Technical Recruiter - Latam Based

Aptonet Inc. is seeking experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiters to join our world-class recruiting team. This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. You will recruit LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and also support U.S.-based recruiting efforts for our U.S. clients.

What We Look For

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment .
• Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles .
• Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
• Strong ability to multi-task , manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English;
  Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook , and modern ATS systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling .
• Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
• Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder , and niche tech sites.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
• Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
• Act as a trusted representative of Aptonet , promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
