Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a full-time, remote Scrum Master & Technical Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, and coordinate delivery across engineering, data, and product teams. Cart is a fast-growing software and services provider for e-commerce brands selling through DTC & Marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.

Required Experience
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or similar delivery role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools (Linear, Asana, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward documentation and clarity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment
Preferred Experience
- Technical background or hands-on experience with software and/or data engineering teams
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards, data pipelines, or e-commerce data
- Experience coordinating client onboarding/offboarding workflows, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
- Proven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environment
