Staff Software Engineer - Frontend

Traduza necessidades de produto e design em entregas técnicas escaláveis e bem estruturadas;
Atue com autonomia, visão sistêmica e capacidade de abstração para estruturar problemas e orientar o time nas soluções;
Garanta excelência técnica nos componentes, fluxos de publicação e documentação, mantendo alta qualidade, performance e usabilidade;
Promova cultura de boas práticas de engenharia, acessibilidade e inner-source, sendo referência dentro e fora do time. O que você vai fazer
Liderar iniciativas técnicas como: migração da stack de CSS-in-JS, otimização de performance e SSR, manutenção e organização de monorepo, estruturação de bundling, CI/CD e publicação de pacotes;
Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com pessoas de Produto, Design, Dados e Engenharia, promovendo alinhamento e entregas integradas;
Contribuir para uma documentação clara, acessível e de fácil uso por outros squads;
Ser protagonista na melhoria contínua da developer experience no repositório e incentivar o uso e contribuição por toda a companhia. Requisitos
Proficiência com TypeScript e React;
Experiência com ferramentas CSS-in-JS (ex: styled-components, Emotion, etc.);
Vivência com monorepos (ex: Lerna, Nx, Turborepo);
Experiência com testes unitários e end-to-end;
Conhecimento sólido em acessibilidade Web (padrões WCAG). Diferenciais que somam pontos
Experiência prática com Design System e Design Tokens;
Vivência em migração de ferramentas CSS-in-JS;
Familiaridade com CI/CD (ex: GitHub Actions, Chromatic);
Implementação e manutenção de Storybook;
Testes de regressão visual;
Participação em comunidades técnicas, open source ou iniciativas internas de melhoria contínua. O que oferecemos
