• Removal Defense (EOIR).
• Asylum & Humanitarian Relief (U/T visas, VAWA, SIJS).
• Family‐Based Immigration.

Your Role as a Declaration Drafter

We are looking for an immigration declaration drafter to join our team of Warriors. We do not require experience;
we offer a full training program. The ideal candidate is 100% fluent in English and Portuguese, has excellent writing and communication skills, is detail-oriented and a self-starter. Experience in the Psychological or Social Services field. Must be able to work well with different cultures and languages. We require a positive attitude and someone who strives for finding solutions instead of obstacles. We would like the new Warrior to be able to commit full-time to this position (9am-6pm PST).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Handle daily client communications.
• Maintains filing systems as assigned.
• Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents;
  prepares written summaries of data when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
