Senior Tax Consultant - Indirect Taxes

Senior Tax Consultant – Indirect Taxes - Detalhes da Vaga. ● - Perform analyses, reviews and validations of tax calculations, identifying opportunities for optimization and mitigation of tax risks. ●- Participate in implementation, configuration and support projects for tax-related systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation. ●- Map fiscal and tax processes and propose improvements and automations. ●- Configure tax rules, parameters and validations in ERP systems and tax solutions. ●- Prepare technical memoranda, opinions and advise clients on the application of tax legislation. ●- Review and rectify ancillary obligations and tax documents. ●- Contribute to the preparation of calculations related to tax benefits, incentives and tax positions. ●- Support clients in tax compliance projects, process reviews and tax adequacy. ●- Contribute to the technical development of the team by sharing knowledge and supporting less experienced professionals. ●Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or Economics. ●- Solid experience in tax consulting with a focus on indirect taxes. ●- In-depth knowledge of ICMS, ICMS-ST, PIS, Cofins, IPI and ISS. ●- Experience with ancillary obligations and electronic tax documents. ●- Experience in implementation, configuration and setup of tax systems and/or ERPs, ensuring correct application of tax rules. ●- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance/homologation and validation of tax rules in systems. ●- Knowledge of tax legislation, tax incentives and tax positions. ●- Knowledge of fiscal, accounting and tax compliance processes. ●- Advanced Excel skills. ●#J-18808-Ljbffr.
