About the Role

Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Supevisor/ Project Manager at R/GA:

We’re looking for a highly organized and collaborative Project Manager to work 20 hours per week on a technology-focused project. This person will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing project timelines, facilitating communication and ensuring projects move forward smoothly across UX, Creative and Technology.

On any given day, you might

• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication, alignment and next steps across teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities and dependencies.

• Coordinate with UX, Creative and Technology teams throughout the development of websites and digital products.

• Support Agile ways of working, including sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.

• Track project progress and proactively identify and address potential risks or roadblocks.

• Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders.

The ideal person

• Is highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.

• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Is comfortable leading meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

• Has experience working on website and app development projects.

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.

• Can communicate confidently in English.

You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in an agency, technology or digital environment.

• Experience managing website and/or app development projects.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, particularly UX and Technology.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with sprints.

• Strong project management, organization and communication skills.

• Fluent English.
