Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Essa pessoa fará parte do time de engenharia e será responsável por desenvolver soluções de IA aplicadas ao produto, integrando modelos de linguagem com dados reais, sistemas internos e fluxos de negócio. ●Nosso objetivo é construir uma plataforma orientada a inteligência artificial, com uso de RAG, agentes e múltiplas bases de conhecimento (relacionais, vetoriais e grafos), aplicadas a contextos educacionais e corporativos. ●Buscamos alguém que saiba transformar IA em produto real. ●O que você vai fazer:-Desenvolver funcionalidades baseadas em LLMs integradas à plataforma-Projetar e implementar sistemas de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-Estruturar e evoluir bases de conhecimento (dados estruturados, vetoriais e grafos)-Construir e orquestrar agentes e fluxos de execução (tools, multi-agents, etc. ●)-Integrar IA com sistemas existentes (APIs, banco de dados, serviços internos)-Trabalhar na qualidade das respostas (avaliação, melhoria contínua, contexto)-Otimizar custo, latência e performance das aplicações de IA-Colaborar com o time de engenharia na evolução da arquitetura da plataformaO que você precisa ter:-Experiência prática com uso de LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic ou similares)-Experiência com construção de RAG e uso de embeddings-Experiência com integração de IA em aplicações reais (não apenas protótipos)-Conhecimento em APIs, backend e integração entre sistemas-Capacidade de estruturar e trabalhar com diferentes tipos de dados-Experiência com debugging e evolução de sistemas em produção-Mentalidade de engenharia (performance, custo, confiabilidade)Stack e Tecnologias (IA e Dados):-LLMs e APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic ou similares)-RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)-Bases vetoriais (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate ou similares)-Bases de grafos e conhecimento (Neo4j ou similares)-Orquestração de agentes (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agno ou abordagens próprias)-Integração com APIs e serviços internos-Backend para orquestração (Node. ●Js, Python ou PHP)O que esperamos de você:-Consegue transformar IA em funcionalidades reais de produto-Pensa em dados, contexto e qualidade de resposta-Não depende de frameworks específicos para resolver problemas-Consegue trabalhar com autonomia e explorar soluções-Equilibra experimentação com responsabilidade técnica.
