Our partner is looking for a B2B Sales – Cold Caller / SDR with a Path to High-Ticket Closer based in Brazil. This remote opportunity is designed for ambitious, performance-driven individuals who want to build a career in B2B sales and high-ticket closing. Starting as a Pipeline Representative, you will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities through warm lead follow-ups and proactive outbound outreach. You will work across phone, email, and LinkedIn, engaging prospects in the DACH market and booking discovery calls for a B2B growth consulting offer. With an established CRM of more than 50,000 active contacts and a platform that generates warm leads daily, you will have resources to build a consistent pipeline. You will receive direct coaching from experienced sales leaders, alongside advanced sales training and personalized executive coaching. High performers can progress from Pipeline Representative to Discovery Representative, Full-Cycle Closer, and potentially consulting roles. With uncapped commissions and a performance-focused environment, this role offers significant earning potential for people who are hungry to learn, take action, and deliver results. Accountabilities - Pipeline Generation and Outbound Sales - Convert warm inbound responses into qualified opportunities for the growth consulting offering. - Proactively identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. - Work with the existing CRM to identify prospects, activate contacts, and generate new sales conversations. - Book discovery calls and maintain consistent pipeline generation activity. - Sales Development and Learning - Shadow senior sales leaders during sales meetings to learn effective prospecting, qualification, and closing techniques. - Participate actively in advanced sales training and apply coaching and feedback to improve performance. - Build a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, high-ticket offers, and the needs of target customers.

Requirements - Native-level German proficiency is essential for communicating effectively with prospects in the DACH market. - Previous B2B sales experience is helpful but not required; motivation, coachability, and a strong work ethic are the primary priorities. - A competitive, ambitious mindset and a genuine desire to achieve measurable results. - Confidence in handling rejection and persistence when prospecting and following up with potential customers. - Strong learning agility, with the ability to take feedback and apply it immediately. - A proactive, action-oriented approach, including the ability to make decisions, test strategies, and adapt without waiting for perfect clarity. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally across phone, email, and LinkedIn. - Discipline, resilience, and consistent personal habits; an athletic background or strong commitment to physical fitness is valued. - Comfort working in a performance-based environment where earning potential is closely linked to results. - A willingness to learn high-ticket sales techniques directly from experienced practitioners and invest sustained effort in professional development. Benefits - On-target earnings: €60,000, with uncapped commission and the potential for high performers to earn more than €100,000 annually.
