Middle Salesforce developer (remote in Brazil)

We are looking for a talented Middle Salesforce Developer with a strong programming background to join an existing enterprise project for a global client, supporting and extending Salesforce solutions used across the business.

* Please note that this position is open in Brazil and allows full remote work. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience building UI components with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Flows for automating business processes and logic
• Experience with Platform Events to support real-time, event-driven and asynchronous integrations
• Experience configuring and working with Connected Apps for secure external system access
• Practical experience integrating Salesforce via APIs with external CRM systems and web applications
• Experience using Custom Metadata Types for configurable, deployable application settings
• Experience with Named Credentials for secure authentication in external callouts
• Strong proficiency in Apex for custom business logic and backend development
• Experience writing unit tests with Jest for LWC components
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
• Experience working with AI coding tools (Claude)

Nice to have:

• Experience with CPQ
• Experience with Revenue Cloud
• Experience with Mulesoft

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using APIs and Platform Events to support real-time and asynchronous integrations
• Implement and support multiple integrations with web applications and external CRM systems
• Design, build, and maintain reusable and configurable Lightning Web Components (LWC) in accordance with Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate closely with internal team members and clients to support adoption of existing features and development of newly requested functionality

Customer: Global specialty minerals company delivering solutions for the food, agriculture, and industrial sustainability sectors.

Type: Enterprise / CRM solution (industrial & agriculture sector).

Product: The project involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support real-time and asynchronous integrations between internal systems, web applications, and external CRM platforms. The team builds and maintains reusable, configurable Lightning Web Components in line with Salesforce best practices, working closely with internal stakeholders and the client to support both existing functionality and new feature development.

Market: Global food, agriculture, and industrial production markets.

Stage: Established, ongoing enterprise project — supporting and expanding an existing Salesforce ecosystem.

Work schedule: Full-time, fully remote (LatAm).
