Manager, Business Operations & Analytics - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As a trusted CRO and advisory partner, IQVIA MedTech and MCRA deliver integrated lifecycle solutions for the medical device and diagnostics industry. ● Internally, that means operating in a complex, fast-moving environment where strong data, systems, and operational discipline are critical. ● This role plays a key part in helping bring clarity, consistency, and scalability to how we operate, enabling the business to make informed decisions and execute effectively as we continue to grow and integrate. ●Position Overview:MCRA is seeking a Manager, Business Operations & Analytics to join our team. ● This role is critical to supporting leadership with accurate, actionable data and improving how we manage and use information across the business. ● The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to not only manage data but also identify gaps, improve processes, and drive more effective decision-making. ● This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting, streamline operations, and enhance overall business performance. ● The role will also have direct management responsibility for an Operations Analyst. ●Responsibilities and Duties:- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and timely insights for leadership decision-making. ●- Create and manage structured data sources and internal databases to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability of reporting. ●- Provide direct analytical and operational support to Executives, helping translate data into meaningful insights. ●- Manage and develop an Operations Analyst, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight of work deliverables. ●- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, primarily in Excel, while identifying opportunities to automate and reduce repeat work over time. ●Required Qualifications:- Bachelor''s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. ●- 3–6 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in analytics or business operations, including experience managing or mentoring team members. ●- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a strong focus on accuracy and usability. ●- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc. ●). ●- Ability to quickly understand business needs, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively. ●- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams. ●- High attention to detail and strong prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering reliable data and meeting deadlines. ●- Must speak EnglishPreferred Qualifications:- Master''s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. ●- Experience working with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft or similar ERP platforms. ●- Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse solutions, including supporting centralized data environments that enable consistent, reliable reporting across systems. ●- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and automation tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, etc. ●). ●- Experience in a professional services environment. ●NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. ● The employee may perform other related duties as required to support the evolving needs of the organization. ●MCRA, LLC is an equal opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and does not discriminate in its selection and employment practices. ● All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
