Head Of Finance & Operations - Detalhes da Vaga. ● We are ateam of 10 across São Paulo and Lisbon. ●The RoleYou will own everything except engineering, product, and sales. ● You will run the financial side of thecompany as our finance lead on a path to CFO, own the back o5ice end to end, and supportbusiness development. ● Your first big mission is getting us fundraise-ready: building our financialmodel, materials, and data room, and supporting the raise from start to close. ●This is a founding-team role. ● You will work directly with the founder, have real ownership from dayone, and grow with the company. ●What You Will Do:

• Finance: Build and own the company financial model, budget, cash flow, and runwayplanning. ●
• Fundraising: Prepare us for our next funding round: investor materials, data room, diligence,and support through closing. ●
• Back office: Run accounting, tax, and compliance with external providers across Brazil andPortugal, manage banking and payments, and keep the corporate and cap table structureclean. ●
• People & HR: Own hiring operations, onboarding, payroll, contracts, and benefits as theteam grows. ●
• Business development: Support the founder on pipeline, partnerships, and commercialproposals. ●What we are looking for:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity or venturecapital, or in a finance or operations role at a high-growth startup. ●
• Undergraduate degree in engineering from a top-tier Brazilian university (e. ●G. ●, ITA, IME, Poli-USP, Unicamp). ●
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a top international program. ●
• Strong financial modeling skills. ●
• A true owner: comfortable going from board-level financials to booking a flight or fixingpayroll in the same afternoon. ●
• Fluent in Portuguese and English. ●
• Based in São Paulo or willing to relocate; this role is fully in-o5ice. ●What We Offer:
