We're looking for an "A-Player" Video Editor to join our dynamic team and help create impactful, high-quality content for YouTube and Instagram. This is a unique opportunity to grow with us while earning competitive pay, with potential commissions if our content goes viral!

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit, trim, and arrange raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, websites, and advertisements.

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and ensure brand consistency.

- Add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to enhance video appeal.

- Write engaging headlines and captions with AI tools like ChatGPT for social media platforms.

- Provide content ideas and support daily content creation for our business.

- Review and refine edits based on feedback, ensuring all content meets high standards.

- Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

- Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

- Native English speaker or fluent with little to no accent.

- High emotional intelligence and strong English writing skills.

- Familiarity with social media formats and specs.

- Growth mindset with an ambitious attitude, always striving for improvement.

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and color grading.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.

- Available to work in US/Canada time zones.
