Video Editor - Detalhes da Vaga. ● In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content - from trailers and teasers to long-form narratives and AI-assisted motion graphics. ● You will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual stories that drive audience engagement. ●Scope of Work1. ● Video Editing & Content ProductionProvide video editing services, crafting high-quality narrative content for online advertising and storytelling formats. ●Create long story montages, trailers, teasers, and long-form/short-form fiction narratives by incorporating images, graphics, sketches, subtitles, basic sound effects, logos, and start/end frames. ●Edit shared raw video files to produce polished short and long-form video trailers with creative assets integrated. ●Identify major hooks from raw video files and develop multiple online ad versions from a single source video. ●2. ● Promotional ContentCollaborate with the promo team to convert promotional scripts into video files in the form of thumbnails, animation videos, or casting videos. ●Support company photography and other graphics creation and editing requirements as needed. ●3. ● AI-Assisted Motion Graphics & GenAI VideoCreate motion graphics videos with lip-sync for provided scripts. ●Generate AI characters and images for video production using designated GenAI tools. ●Work closely with the Creative Lead to develop and produce GenAI-powered videos aligned with the project''s creative direction. ●4. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration & StandardsWork closely with the entire content value chain and cross-functional teams including Programming and Strategy. ●Study video creation patterns from India and US teams and adapt learnings for the Mexico market. ●Follow established standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all video productions. ●Ensure timely delivery of polished, high-quality video content that meets project deadlines. ●Report daily work tasks to the reporting manager at end of each working day. ●5. ● Technology & Continuous LearningStay current with evolving voice requirements and emerging technologies in video production and AI tools. ●Proactively adopt new tools and workflows as directed by the Creative Lead. ●Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical SkillsProficiency in professional video editing software (e. ●G. ●, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). ●Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e. ●G. ●, Adobe After Effects). ●Familiarity with AI-based content generation tools and workflows (GenAI video/image platforms). ●Basic sound editing and audio synchronization skills. ●Strong understanding of subtitling, lower thirds, and visual branding elements. ●Creative & Soft SkillsStrong storytelling instinct with an eye for cinematic narrative structure. ●Ability to identify audience hooks and optimize content for digital advertising formats. ●Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and first-time-right delivery. ●Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. ●Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and act on creative feedback effectively. ●Market & LanguageUnderstanding of the Brazil content market and audience preferences. ●Proficiency in Portuguese; working knowledge of English preferred. ●Key DeliverablesDeliverable DetailsVideo Trailers & TeasersShort and long-form versions from raw footageStory MontagesLong-form narrative videos with full creative layeringOnline Ad VariantsMultiple ad cuts extracted from a single video sourcePromotional VideosThumbnail, animation, and casting formats from scriptsMotion Graphics VideosLip-synced AI character videos from provided scriptsGenAI VideosCollaborative productions with the Creative LeadDaily ReportsEnd-of-day task summary submitted to the reporting manager.
