EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

• Support the team in managing a portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to reporting strategy discussions;
• Assist in identifying and recommending best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases under the guidance of senior consultants;
• Participate in gathering business requirements, help translate those requirements into report or dashboard designs, and contribute to their development;
• Shadow and assist in client interactions to understand how reporting results are distributed and communicated within client organizations;
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client trainings on Cognos or Concur data models, gradually contributing to sessions as confidence grows;
• Learn to effectively manage expectations and timelines in a customer-facing environment;
• Collaborate actively across teams to contribute to the best possible customer experience.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date within the next 2 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access);
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
• Eager to learn, proactive, and self-driven;
• Fluent English is required, as you will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, internal systems, and phone on a daily basis.

 

NICE TO HAVE

 

• Basic exposure to SQL or IBM Cognos;
• Exposure to or curiosity about data and analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar);
• Spanish at an intermediate level or above is a plus.
