Leadership Consultant - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role can be based in Sao Paulo OR Rio de JaneiroPlease submit a resume in EnglishYou would be part of our Consulting Practice in Brazil. ● At Heidrick Consulting, we work with Senior Leadership, Executive Teams, and Boards, covering major national and multi-national companies across all industry sectors in Brazil and Latin America. ●You will be joining a growing, dynamic team, and in this role as a Consultant, you will continue to learn and deepen your consulting skills by working on various projects. ● Your contributions will expose you to senior leaders across a variety of industries and geographies. ●Primary ResponsibilitiesThe main purpose of the Consultant is to develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements, to write proposals and support business development activities, to act as engagement manager on specific projects and to support Principals and Partners in their delivery. ●You will begin to lead, manage, and own problem-solving efforts on a large portion of a client engagement or to lead on smaller engagements. ● Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, and then synthesizing conclusions into recommendations. ● Throughout an engagement, you will be involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership. ●Role Responsibilities:Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and information; generating insights from analyses. ●Preparing and presenting information and insights in an impactful and compelling way to help drive client insights and engagement delivery. ●Delivering a range of consulting solutions, preparing reports and other deliverables that meet client needs. ●Facilitating and working with client teams with a client first mindset, managing and designing client sessions. ●Ensuring work is “client ready” (e. ●G. ●, error free, aligned with expectations, ready to be shared with client) and actively managing expectations with the team. ●Planning and prioritizing work ensuring team deadlines and quality standards are met. ●Contributing to proposals (e. ●G. ●, supporting content development of project design and approaches and case studies) and mobilizing ‘won’ initiatives. ●Building and sharing reusable, client ready materials, insights (including case studies) and project learnings. ●Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across Heidrick & Struggles in Brazil and globally. ●Contributing to thought leadership and supporting the development of product, tools, and methodologies. ●Involving yourself in internal initiatives, supporting ongoing improvements of business and employee experience;
