- Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the government bidding sector. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM. Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies. Important for Latin America: U.S. residency and work permits are not required.
- Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in government contracting, SaaS, or a related field. Fluent English (spoken and written) — required for daily communication with U.S.-based clients. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
