Product Owner

Product Owner - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in Agile environments, and can work independently while collaborating closely with cross functional teams. ● You will serve as the right hand to the Product Manager, helping drive product initiatives from discovery through delivery. ●The ideal candidate has strong Product Owner experience, excellent communication skills in English, and is comfortable managing priorities with minimal supervision. ●Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the Product Manager to execute the product strategy and roadmap. ●Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals. ●Write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria. ●Collaborate with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle. ●Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. ●Clarify business requirements and remove ambiguities for the development team. ●Monitor product progress and proactively identify risks or blockers. ●Act as the primary point of contact for day to day product decisions. ●Required Qualifications8 to 12 years of professional experience, including significant experience as a Product Owner. ●Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum. ●Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization. ●Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ●Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in Product Owner responsibilities. ●Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. ●Preferred ExperienceExperience in at least one of the following domains is highly desirable, listed in order of preference:Oil and GasForeign Trade and Trade ComplianceSAP Implementation projectsSupply Chain & LogisticsCandidates without experience in these industries are still encouraged to apply if they are eager to learn topics such as Oil and Gas, Product Classification and Compliance, Foreign Trade, and SAP, while already demonstrating strong Product Owner capabilities and the ability to work independently. ●What We''re Looking ForSelf motivated and proactive professional. ●Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ●Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities. ●Comfortable working with distributed, cross functional teams. ●Passion for delivering value through iterative product development. ●.
