What you need to have

• College degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or similar;
  
  
• Proven experience as an EasyVista Platform Administrator;
  
  
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and IT service management concepts;
  
  
• Hands-on experience with EasyVista configuration, parametrization, and workflows;
  
  
• Experience with system integrations and platform connectivity;
  
  
• Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation within EasyVista;
  
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
  
  
• English proficiency at B2 level or above (mandatory);
  French is a plus.
• Availability to relocate to Portugal with our support.
