We partner closely with ambitious startup teams to transform complex ideas into intuitive products, compelling narratives, and scalable digital experiences. Our work sits at the intersection of product strategy, design excellence, and business growth. THE ROLE
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value
from our compliance solutions while supporting smooth internal operations. You will work at the
intersection of client relationship management, process optimization, and regulatory knowledge —
making this an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Success
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted long-term
relationships
Onboard new clients by guiding them through platform setup, training, and initial compliance
workflows
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and health assessments to track client
satisfaction and product adoption
Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies in collaboration with
Sales and Product teams
Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product roadmap and service improvements
Operations & Process Support
Support internal operational processes including workflow documentation, project tracking,
and reporting
Maintain accurate client data and interaction records in the CRM system (Notion)
Assist in the development and refinement of SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge base content
Monitor deliverables and deadlines on behalf of clients, flagging risks proactively.
Compliance Support
Develop a working understanding of the regulatory frameworks relevant to our clients (e.g.,
US and International entity compliance)
Help complete orders for compliance related services such as business formations and
Annual filings ect. QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations
Exceptional written and verbal (English) communication skills with the ability to explain
complex concepts clearly
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and client accounts
simultaneously
Proficiency with Notion, Google and project management platforms is a plus
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail
Experience supporting onboarding or implementation processes for software products Why Join Us?
