Clinical Research Associate I, II or Senior

ICON seeks Clinical Research Associates at multiple levels for a sponsor-dedicated model in São Paulo. The role involves designing and analyzing clinical trials, monitoring study sites, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining data integrity across innovative treatment development programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trial conduct
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate effective study operations
- Review data and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical datasets
- Prepare and review study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
- Legal right to work in Brazil
