Dgb Americas Training Manager South Latam - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This individual will be responsible for elevating brand knowledge, retail excellence, and client experience across Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare categoriesThe role acts as the regional guardian of training excellence, ensuring that all distributor and travel retail markets are aligned with global brand standards while adapting programs to local needs. ● This person will not only execute training programs but also build long-term capabilities within distributor teams, driving sell-out performance and brand desirability in the region. ●Key Responsibilities1. ● Regional Training Strategy & Execution- Own and execute the education strategy across South LATAM distributors and TR markets for fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories. ●- Adapt global training materials into impactful, locally relevant training modules (in-person and digital). ●- Develop and manage the regional training calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and commercial priorities. ●- Deliver high-quality training across key markets, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. ●- Manage the training budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources aligned with business priorities. ●- Partner and maintain close communication with Fashion boutique teams to execute training initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and elevating client experience. ●2. ● Distributor Partnership & Capability Building- Act as the main education liaison for distributors across South LATAM. ●- Train and coach local trainers and retail teams to ensure scalable knowledge transfer. ●- Track training effectiveness through KPIs (sell-out, engagement, certification rates) and implement improvements. ●- Tailor training approaches based on market maturity, cultural nuances, and business needs. ●3. ● Brand & Product Expertise- Serve as the regional expert across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, ensuring deep product and brand storytelling knowledge. ●- Lead all training-related aspects of product launches, ensuring teams are fully prepared prior to market activation. ●- Elevate in-store execution standards through coaching on client experience, selling techniques, and service rituals. ●4. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business objectives and sell-out targets. ●- Collaborate with Communications, Digital, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints. ●- Maintain alignment with brand DNA and guidelines. ●5. ● Innovation & Continuous Improvement- Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and hybrid training formats (virtual, e-learning, etc. ●). ●- Identify and share best-in-class training practices across markets to elevate regional performance. ●- Gather feedback from the field to continuously refine training content and approach. ●Requirements & Skills- 5+ years in Training/Education within the beauty industry (fragrance, makeup, and skincare preferred). ●- Strong understanding of LATAM markets- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs to diverse audiences. ●- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence different stakeholders. ●- Solid understanding of retail environments, client experience, and sales drivers. ●- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. ●- Willingness to travel frequently across South LATAM.
