Healthcare Data Analyst - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will be the connection between the people who ask the questions — clinical operations, product, finance, and quality — and the data team that answers them. ●You will spend your time understanding what our existing datasets and dashboards actually mean, translating business questions into clear analytical requirements, checking that the numbers we publish are correct, and explaining the results to people who do not work in data all day. ● You will work in Databricks SQL (Unity Catalog), read and interpret dbt-built marts, and support Zeno BI dashboards (our custom BI application). ● You are not expected to build or own production pipelines — you are expected to know the outputs cold and catch it when they are wrong. ●.
