A BM VAGAS , em parceria com uma empresa multinacional líder no setor de tecnologia para hospitalidade, está selecionando um(a) Engenheiro(a) Full Stack Sênior .
Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) Full Stack com forte inclinação para Back-end nesta fase inicial do nosso projeto. Você focará na estruturação e robustez do nosso ecossistema e, conforme nosso roadmap evoluir, terá o desafio e a oportunidade de assumir e liderar frentes de Front-end . É a vaga ideal para quem tem base sólida em engenharia e quer ver o produto crescer de ponta a ponta.
O que você vai fazer
- Liderança Técnica: Projetar e entregar funcionalidades end-to-end, mentorando engenheiros de todos os níveis via code review e pair programming.
- Desenvolvimento Full Stack: Atuar desde serviços backend robustos em Java até frontend intuitivos em React.
- Arquitetura e Qualidade: Contribuir para decisões arquiteturais, promover altos padrões de design patterns e garantir observabilidade em produção.
- Inovação: Integrar serviços com APIs de terceiros e otimizar aplicações para performance e escalabilidade a longo prazo.
Requisitos Mandatórios
- Experiência: 8+ anos em engenharia de software com histórico sólido em Full Stack.
- Backend: Domínio profundo de Java (preferencialmente ecossistema Spring Boot).
- Frontend: Domínio de JavaScript/TypeScript & React (hooks, context, server components).
- Dados: Experiência prática com SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) e vivência em ambientes Cloud.
- Testes e CI/CD: Uso contínuo de JUnit, Mockito, Cypress/Playwright e experiência com pipelines modernos de automação.
- Modern Stack: Familiaridade com OpenTelemetry, Datadog/Grafana e conforto com AI-Assisted Development (Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
- Idioma: Inglês Avançado a Fluente (essencial para colaboração técnica e documentação).
Diferenciais
- Experiência com AWS Cloud-Native (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB).
- Conhecimento em segurança web (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, WAF) e conformidade PCI DSS .
- Experiência com migração de sistemas legados ou modernização de monolitos.
- Exposição a padrões de IA/LLM (RAG, prompt engineering) em produtos.
- Conhecimento do setor de hospitalidade ou tecnologia para restaurantes.
