Java Software Engineer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● As part of a Corporate Technology Solutions team, you will collaborate with professionals in DevSecOps, Architecture, Solutions, Security, and Cloud, as well as with IT teams across multiple countries, using a constantly evolving tech stack. ●Main technologies in use:JAVA+SPRING BOOT Location: São Paulo hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) ResponsibilitiesAct as a key liaison between Product Owners and business sponsors to prioritize and estimate system needs. ●Lead solution implementation projects, covering all lifecycle phases: requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, and operations. ●Define and validate product configurations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and bestpractice standards. ●Propose and implement continuous improvements to the Life platform, both functional and technical. ●Serve as an expert consultant in life insurance systems, ensuring optimal solutions aligned with business processes. ●Coordinate and oversee projects, building technical teams and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. ● RequirementsBachelors degreeSpanish level B1 (Portuñol acceptable)Experience implementing life insurance solutions or emissãojava+springbootCloud: AWS or AzureAt least 4 years of experience in analysis, design, and implementation of systemsStrong knowledge of life insurance business processes BenefitsMeal and food vouchersChildcare assistanceLife insurancePrivate pension planHealth and dental insuranceParkingAccess to Wellhub.
