Sales Trainer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. ● This role will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives. ●You willYou inspire and motivate trainees as a role model, fostering their development and success in a new, dynamic campaign environmentYou actively design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the new campaign, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and objectivesYou are aware that a positive and enthusiastic team creates unique customer experiences, especially in a fast-paced, new campaign settingYou measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods (focus groups, interviews, surveys) and refine training content based on evaluation resultsYou participate in client Train the Trainer sessions, adapting insights to create innovative training solutions for the campaignYou collaborate with operations management to evaluate the effectiveness of new hires and ongoing training efforts while ensuring that structured goals are met by new hire classesYou stay up-to-date on changes to client products, services, policies, and procedures, recommending modifications to training management to meet the evolving needs of the campaignYou bring confident communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively across all levels of the organizationYou have:2+ years of Operations Training experience, Sales Training experience is a plus. ●Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level). ●Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level technical staffDemonstrated advanced problem-solving and analytical skillsExceptional sales skills and the ability to translate them into impactful training programsSignificant experience as a Trainer or in a comparable role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact training initiativesStrong background in motivating employees and driving key performance metrics in a results-driven environmentA professional and customer-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and resilience in challenging situationsAbility to quickly grasp complex concepts, apply structured thinking, and focus on detail-oriented solutions.
