Responsibilities Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while assisting in the preparation of HR and recruitment-related reports. Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts. Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company. Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines. Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments. Create documentation (video or SOPs) around Talent Acquisition processes.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources, or a related field within your penultimate or final year of study. Above average academic track record Professional English and Portuguese Language skills are required. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally Must be self-motivated, ability to prioritize effectively and not shy away to seek guidance when you are blocked on a task Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude Self-motivated and energetic, with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
