Develops and implements AI solutions by adapting and optimizing existing models to solve complex problems, leveraging techniques such as prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent development, and fine-tuning. Contributes to the design and architecture of AI systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including APIs and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs for accessing and managing data and AI models.
• Monitor and optimize ETL pipelines and AI infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI application opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Document the development, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions.
• Implement testing and validation processes for AI models and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Strong programming experience (Python is required) and familiarity with other relevant programming languages.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Experience developing and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and technologies.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data processing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience working in Linux environments.

Nice to haves

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for AI/ML (MLOps).
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in the AI field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
