  System Optimization & Value Deliv ery: Enhance the stability and functionality of the merchant-facing and operations-facing systems; ensure all system features are clearly understood by stakeholders, smoothly launched, continuously adopted, and actively driving business val
• ue.Requirements Managemen t: Own the end-to-end implementation of system features requested by the business. Conduct competitive analysis of market/competitor systems to proactively propose optimization strategies that improve overall operational efficien
