Missão:
Responsável por garantir a confiabilidade, disponibilidade e segurança das máquinas e equipamentos da área de montagem final, por meio de planejamento e execução das atividades de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva. Cumprir e fazer cumprir os procedimentos internos e instruções operacionais referentes à Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente, relacionados à sua função.
Atividades:
- Assegurar a máxima disponibilidade operacional das máquinas, equipamentos e dispositivos das linhas e células de montagem.
- Planejar, implementar e monitorar os planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva.
- Atuar tecnicamente e atuar na resolução de falhas crônicas e quebras recorrentes, utilizando metodologias estruturadas de análise de causa raiz.
- Executar intervenções de manutenção preventiva e corretiva em dispositivos de montagem, incluindo manutenções mecânicas, elétricas e pneumáticas.
- Executar intervenções e/ou acompanhar fornecedores em manutenções preventivas e corretivas, incluindo automação, CLP, e comandos elétricos de células robotizadas.
- Definir escopo técnico, validar propostas e supervisionar atividades de terceiros.
- Participar de tryouts, validações e implementações de novos equipamentos.
- Propor e implementar melhorias para aumento de confiabilidade e redução de custos.
- Monitorar indicadores como MTBF, MTTR e cumprimento de preventivas.
- Contribuir na definição de estoque de peças críticas e sobressalentes.
- Atuar em conjunto com engenharia de processos e manufatura.
