We are looking for

SAP Project Manager,

who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities): Lead and manage end‑to‑end SAP projects, from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget Act as the primary point of contact for the client and senior stakeholders Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation Manage risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution Coordinate activities across functional, technical, AMS, and vendor teams Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies Monitor and report project status, KPIs, and financials to senior management Support transition activities between project and AMS when applicable Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment across regions

Mandatory Skills English language proficiency advanced or fluent. Experience in SAP Project Management, with proven delivery of complex SAP initiatives Strong experience managing SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects, including implementations, rollouts, migrations, or major enhancements Solid knowledge of SAP landscapes and modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, Basis, Security) Proven experience working with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, scope, budget, and timeline control Experience with AMS and/or run & change environments Excellent communication skills in English (fluent), both written and verbal Strong leadership, decision‑making, and escalation management capabilities

Desirable Skills Experience managing SAP programs or multi‑project portfolios Exposure to Siemens / Siemens Energy or industrial clients Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, or SAFe frameworks, in addition to Waterfall Experience with tooling such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certifications Experience working with offshore / nearshore delivery models
