Regional Data Center Executive

We’re Hiring: Technical Sales – Power, Cooling & Fit-out | Latin America (Brazil-based)
At Vertiv, we are looking for a highly driven Technical Sales Professional to support the growth of our Power, Cooling, and Fit-out solutions across Latin America.
This role plays a key position in expanding our presence in strategic accounts and strengthening relationships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and key clients across the region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive business growth and achieve company targets
- Support account planning and engagement strategies for key clients
- Contribute to technical proposals, design documentation, and commercial offers
- Manage key accounts in partnership with global support teams
- Represent Vertiv in customer meetings and factory visits
- Promote industry awareness through participation in events and presentations
- Provide technical support to the sales team, including customer-facing presentations
- Lead customer communications and technical discussions
- Contribute to new product development (NPD) initiatives
- Provide market feedback to support product improvements and roadmap decisions
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or related fields preferred)
- Alternatively, a degree in Business or related areas combined with strong technical knowledge
- Experience in B2B sales within the Data Center industry
- Strong technical knowledge of 3-phase AC power systems and applications
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Experience working with complex RFQ processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage challenging customer relationships and solve technical problems
- Intermediate level of English
Additional details:
- Travel required: approximately 50%
- Work model: office + field engagement
