O Que Você Vai Fazer
• Construir e evoluir funcionalidades com uso relevante de IA, agentes, automações e integrações com LLMs
• Transformar ideias de produto em soluções funcionais rapidamente, com clareza, qualidade e consistência técnica
• Evoluir a arquitetura da plataforma, melhorando performance, estabilidade, escalabilidade e qualidade de código
• Resolver problemas complexos de engenharia com autonomia, profundidade técnica e pragmatismo
• Fortalecer práticas de engenharia como testes, documentação, pull requests, code review e versionamento
• Atuar como filtro técnico e assumir a responsabilidade das entregas do time, elevando a régua de qualidade, rigor e boas práticas
• Trabalhar diretamente com o fundador em decisões de produto, tecnologia e priorização
Qual Seu Perfil
• Experiência prática construindo agentes de IA, automações, integrações com LLMs ou workflows agentic aplicados a produto ou engenharia
• Experiência sólida como desenvolvedor, AI Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Founding Engineer, Tech Lead ou papel equivalente em produto digital
• Capacidade real de tomar decisões de arquitetura, diagnosticar problemas e propor soluções práticas
• Domínio de boas práticas de engenharia: testes, documentação, revisão de código, performance, versionamento e qualidade de entrega
• Perfil hands-on, intenso e criterioso, com energia para construir em ambiente de startup e resolver problemas na prática
• Autonomia para avançar com pouca supervisão, transformar ambiguidade em execução e assumir responsabilidade pelas entregas técnicas
• Senso de dono, comunicação clara, maturidade e ambição para assumir um papel cada vez mais estratégico
• Inglês intermediário ou avançado será considerado um diferencial
• Preferência por um pacote de remuneração equilibrado com salário fixo e expectativa de sociedade será considerado um diferencial
