Sales Manager – PVC Products | Join Our Growing Team in Brazil
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of our PVC product portfolio, including PVC profiles, PVC doors, PVC wall panels, and edge banding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand sales of PVC profiles, doors, panels, and edge banding products
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
Conduct commercial negotiations and close sales agreements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
✔ Proven B2B sales experience in the construction materials, PVC, interior finishing, or related sectors
✔ Strong business development and client relationship management skills
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
✔ Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales growth
✔ Technical knowledge of PVC products is an advantage
✔ Fluency in Portuguese (required)
✔ English proficiency is a plus
✔ Willingness to travel when necessary

Estamos procurando um profissional de vendas experiente e orientado para resultados para liderar o desenvolvimento comercial do nosso portfólio de produtos de PVC, incluindo perfis de PVC, portas de PVC, painéis de PVC e fitas de borda (edge banding).
Principais Responsabilidades
Desenvolver e expandir as vendas de perfis, portas, painéis e fitas de borda de PVC
Gerenciar e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes existentes
Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócios e mercados
Conduzir negociações comerciais e fechar contratos de venda
Monitorar tendências de mercado, atividades da concorrência e necessidades dos clientes
Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes técnica e de produção para garantir a satisfação dos clientes
Requisitos
✔ Experiência comprovada em vendas B2B nos setores de materiais de construção, PVC, acabamentos ou áreas relacionadas
✔ Forte capacidade de prospecção e desenvolvimento de negócios
✔ Excelentes habilidades de negociação, comunicação e apresentação
✔ Perfil proativo, orientado para metas e resultados
✔ Conhecimento técnico de produtos de PVC será considerado um diferencial
✔ Fluência em português (obrigatório)
✔ Conhecimento de inglês será considerado um diferencial
✔ Disponibilidade para viagens quando necessário
