Manager of Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical reference for topics under their responsibility, contributing strategically to the achievement of the area's objectives;
• Lead the structuring, implementation and operation of an offshore agency, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and alignment with institutional objectives;
• Structure and execute liquidity and capital financial instruments in the domestic and international financial markets, including debt transactions and sustainable funding;
• Actively participate in negotiating transactions in the financial market, interacting with financial institutions, investors, multilateral organizations and other strategic partners;
• Manage end-to-end processes for issuance, maintenance and monitoring of credit ratings and ESG ratings, including interaction with rating agencies and internal areas;
• Identify, structure and develop new fundraising lines and opportunities through loans, debt issuances or innovative structures, aligned with market best practices;
• Represent Sicredi in presentations to the financial market and in interactions with shareholders, investors and institutional partners;
• Support and monitor the processes of formalization, documentation, control and monitoring of transactions carried out by the area, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance;
• Provide technical information and analyses to meet internal and external audit, compliance, internal controls, risk and accounting requests;
• Collaborate with the manager to adjust priorities, timelines and action plans, contributing to the technical and strategic development of the area;
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with the team, supporting collective development and raising the area's technical level.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in finance-related fields;
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, finance, risk management and financial analysis;
• Analytical ability and skill in data-driven decision making;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel, financial mathematics and complex financial calculations;
• Proven experience in the financial market, especially in debt issuance and structured transactions;
• Ability to work collaboratively, proactively and with commitment;
• Fluent or advanced English to participate in meetings with international partners;
• Interest in supporting people development and working in a team.
• Experience in structuring and conducting operations in offshore agencies is a differential;
• Experience in sustainable finance, including familiarity with international sustainable bond standards (Green Bond Principles, Social Bond Principles, Sustainability Bond Guidelines).
