Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

• We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our end-to-end recruitment efforts for our e-commerce platform in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across the entire e-commerce ecosystem—spanning Commercial/Growth/Marketing, Product/Data/Visual, and Supply Chain. You will play a critical role in attracting and securing top-tier talent to fuel our rapid expansion and localized growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Support and drive business success and goal achievement through full-cycle recruitment execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key partners to understand business needs and deliver effective recruitment value.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Leverage local and global sourcing channels while utilizing headhunting techniques, social media, and direct mapping to build a robust talent pipeline for core and niche roles.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, conversion rates, channel ROI) to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize the hiring process.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Maintain a stellar candidate experience and elevate our brand reputation in the community.
• Local Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing local employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus recruitment, industry events, exhibitions, employee referral programs).
• Market Mapping: Stay abreast of local market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements within the e-commerce, and logistics sectors in Brazil.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to bridge cultural gaps
• Thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Takes ownership and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility.
