Project Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Management Specialist to lead cross-functional projects in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will serve as the key interface between customers and internal teams, driving collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, managing scope, timing, budget, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to achieve project milestones and successful launches.

• Act as the primary liaison for customers and stakeholders, providing project updates, managing expectations, and driving timely resolution of issues.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with experience managing projects in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Advanced English proficiency and experience with project management tools (MS Project or similar); PMP certification is a plus.
