What you need to have

• College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
  
  
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts);
  
  
• Basic familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards;
  
  
• Interest in international hiring and cross-cultural environments;
  
  
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (B2+ is mandatory);
  
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
  
  
• Based in Brazil, with a genuine interest in building a career in international recruitment.
