Buscamos um(a) AEM Content Author responsável pela publicação de conteúdos digitais no Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), garantindo consistência, qualidade e alinhamento com as diretrizes de marca e estratégia digital da empresa.
Esse profissional atuará em conjunto com times de marketing, UX/UI e tecnologia, sendo responsável por assegurar que os conteúdos sejam entregues com excelência, seguindo boas práticas de usabilidade, SEO e governança, além de contribuir para a evolução contínua da operação digital.
PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES
- Criar, editar e publicar páginas, componentes e conteúdos no Adobe Experience Manager (AEM);
- Gerenciar a estrutura de navegação, organização de páginas, taxonomia e metadados;
- Garantir a correta aplicação de SEO on-page, acessibilidade e boas práticas de conteúdo;
- Revisar conteúdos assegurando consistência visual, textual e aderência às diretrizes de marca;
- Validar o comportamento das páginas em diferentes dispositivos (desktop, tablet e mobile);
- Apoiar campanhas digitais, lançamentos de produtos e atualizações de conteúdo recorrentes;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de marketing, design, produto e tecnologia;
- Realizar testes básicos antes da publicação (links, imagens, componentes, navegação);
- Identificar e reportar inconsistências ou bugs, colaborando com times técnicos na resolução;
- Apoiar a validação de novos componentes e funcionalidades dentro do AEM;
- Contribuir para a organização e melhoria contínua dos processos de publicação e governança de conteúdo.
REQUISITOS
- Experiência comprovada com Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) como Content Author;
- Conhecimento em estrutura de páginas, templates e componentes no AEM;
- Noções de HTML e CSS para entendimento de estrutura e ajustes básicos;
- Conhecimento em boas práticas de SEO e acessibilidade;
- Experiência com ferramentas de design como Figma e Adobe Photoshop;
- Perfil organizado, com atenção a detalhes e foco em qualidade;
- Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar com times multidisciplinares.
DESEJÁVEL
- Experiência com ferramentas do ecossistema Adobe, como Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Assets;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise como Google Analytics 4 (GA4) e Google Tag Manager (GTM);
- Conhecimento em personalização de conteúdo e segmentação de audiência;
- Experiência com CMS headless ou arquiteturas híbridas;
- Experiência com CMS Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla ou similares;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de apoio à criação de conteúdo baseadas em AI, como ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly ou assistentes de escrita e otimização de conteúdo;
- Noções de uso de AI para geração, revisão e otimização de conteúdo (SEO, copy, variações);
- Experiência em ambientes ágeis (Scrum/Kanban).
