Ten16 Creative is a boutique creative agency that builds campaigns, brand systems, and content for technology and AI-driven companies. We work with brands you've heard of and some you're about to. We're looking for a Video Editor + Motion Designer based in Brazil to join our team full-time. This is a remote position reporting directly to our Creative Director. What you'll do:
Edit video content for campaigns, social, product launches, and brand storytelling
Create motion graphics, from logo animations to full explainer sequences
Experiment with AI video tools (Runway, Higgsfield, etc.) to push creative boundaries
Deliver across formats: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 — for web, social, ads, and beyond
Work fast, think creatively, and bring your own ideas to the project. We value your perspective! What we're looking for:
Strong portfolio showing both video editing and motion graphics work
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere (or similar NLE)
Experience with (or genuine curiosity about) AI-generated video tools
Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines
Great taste in design, knowledge of the latest video editing trends and styles. Bonus points:
Experience creating content for tech, SaaS, or consumer brands,
Basis English. But don't worry, your teammates are also based in Brazil. We use the latest AI tools to move fast and deliver high-quality work for ambitious companies. Estamos procurando um Editor de Vídeo + Motion Designer baseado no Brasil para integrar nosso time em tempo integral. A posição é 100% remota, com reporte direto ao nosso Diretor Criativo.
O que você vai fazer:
Editar conteúdo em vídeo para campanhas, redes sociais, lançamentos de produto e storytelling de marca
Criar motion graphics — de animações de logo a sequências completas de explainer
Experimentar com ferramentas de vídeo com IA (Runway, Higgsfield, etc.) para expandir os limites criativos
Entregar em múltiplos formatos: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 — para web, social, ads e mais
Trabalhar rápido, pensar criativamente e trazer ideias — não apenas executar briefings
O que estamos buscando:
Portfólio sólido mostrando trabalhos de edição de vídeo e motion graphics
Domínio de After Effects, Premiere (ou similar)
Experiência com (ou curiosidade genuína sobre) ferramentas de vídeo gerado por IA
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, gerenciar seu tempo e cumprir prazos
Bom gosto. Sério — a gente se importa com craft.
