Senior Acount Manager

Prospecta novos clientes Visita clientes atuais e potenciais conforme os procedimentos descritos no manual da qualidade (exceções devem ser alinhadas com o Gerente de Vendas e Marketing) Possui meta mínima de 12 visitas semanais a clientes e prospects Registra relatórios de visitas no sistema KIS conforme os procedimentos Elabora um plano anual de contas Garante a comunicação entre o cliente e a empresa Desenvolve conhecimento sobre o mercado industrial de forma ativa e compartilha com outros Account Managers e com o Gerente de Vendas e Marketing Acompanha mudanças no mercado Representa a empresa em feiras e eventos, tanto em horário comercial quanto fora dele Reporta visitas de clientes no Sistema operacional conforme os procedimentos Reporta semanalmente ao Gerente de Vendas e Marketing sobre: atividades de telemarketing propostas enviadas propostas em aberto propostas fechadas Realiza gestão de crédito conforme os procedimentos Elabora propostas comerciais e realiza follow-up conforme os procedimentos Acompanha junto ao cliente casos de reparos rejeitados Trata reclamações em conjunto com o Gerente de Vendas e Marketing Mantém o sistema de informações de clientes Identifica problemas no trabalho e contribui com soluções Atuar conforme as normas de segurança estabelecidas Seguir as regras internas conforme regulamentos e políticas da empresa
Formação superior (nível bacharelado), com experiência em mercado B2B Excelente comunicação oral e escrita na língua nativa Bons conhecimentos de inglês ou alemão (fala) Boas habilidades sociais e de comunicação Conhecimento em pacote Office e KIS Afinidade com área técnica e/ou componentes eletrônicos será um diferencial Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente Conhecer os procedimentos aplicáveis e normas de segurança e meio ambiente Cumprir os procedimentos e regulamentos de segurança e ambientais Diretrizes descritas no sistema online KAM
