We are looking for a Salesforce Developer - Senior, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Define architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical strategies and system design.
• Develop advanced features using Apex, Lightning (LWC), and integrations.
• Lead integration strategies with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Drive code quality initiatives, including reviews and best practices.
• Own deployment processes and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD strategies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience with integrations and architecture design.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Salesforce development or related roles.

Desirable Skills

• Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect tracks).
• Experience with complex data models and large-scale implementations.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields;
  
  
• or degree inany field plus postgraduate studies in IT (minimum 360 hours).
