Senior Finance Analyst

Supporting one of our clients, a multinational company with a strong presence in the Oil & Gas industry, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to join a strategic role within the organization.

This position will be responsible for supporting the financial management, governance, and performance of complex business operations within a multinational environment. The role will focus on financial planning, budgeting, cost control, performance analysis, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and compliance activities

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams and key stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, optimize business performance, and support strategic decision-making

Key Responsibiliti

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysi
• Monitor costs, cash flow, financial controls, and compliance requirement
• Support commercial and operational decision-making through financial insights and recommendation
• Coordinate stakeholder reporting and governance activitie
• Conduct financial risk assessments and support audit processe
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizatio
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirement

Requireme

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fie
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Performan
• Experience within multinational organizations is highly desirab
• le.Previous exposure to the Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Project-based sectors is preferr
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skil
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably S
